Services Provided:
- Discuss which rooms require interior redesign and/or home staging
- Determine what current items need to be removed and what items can be utilized from the client
- Decide which additional items we will provide to make a dramatic change with simple and easy recommendations
- We handle occupied or vacant homes
Staging Fees:
$175.00 for a two hour consultation due at time of appointment
Project Fees:
- Ranges from $500-$1500 depending
on how many rooms need to be staged or redesigned
(Note: we suggest you focus on large common areas such as the kitchen, living room, dining room, and media room to be staged or redesigned as most potential home buyers have formed their opinion before reaching bedrooms or smaller living areas).
Furniture/Accessory Rental Fees:
- $150.00 month*
* (Note: this fee starts 30 days after staging.
